She aims to create a peaceful therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, heard and supported in reaching their personal goals. Mackenzie's therapy style is strength-based and trauma informed while meeting her clients wherever they are on their journey and to help them understand their past and regain their sense of self. She sees the resilience children possess and focuses on their strengths in working with them and their support systems despite any challenges that may arise. Mackenzie continues to pursue ongoing clinical development in treatment modalities that foster healing from trauma and daily stressors. Taking the first step towards healing can be scary, but Mackenzie is here to come alongside you through this journey to bring calm and peacefulness to your life.
